Initial charges: Set up fee $75; Service 15% added to total of food only; Service help, if required, $10/ hour
Minimum Charge $500 of Food, Half the amount payable at the time of reservation, remainder on day of function
If alcoholic beverages are to be served the party is in charge of buying and serving wine or spirits
